A very intimate yet successful trail clinic was offered here at Trails End. It was our debut trail running clinic with a powerful contingent of speakers and top trail runners joining in to make it a power packed day of trail advice.
Our very own Meg Mackenzie and Landi Greyling were on form and Meg shared some of her experience and advice while Chad offered advice on trail nutrition. We most welcomed the presence of the Polar staff joining in with a solid take on how to apply heart rate training to improve our performance and understanding of the science behind heart rate training principals.
