Paul Cluver Estate, in Grabouw, hosts the first trail run race of the Spur Cape Winter Trail Series 2016 on 24 July 2016. A short course, 8.8km, and long course, 15.6km, will be available. Entry fees ranges from R100 pp – R560 pp.
In order to compete in the Championship you will have to take part in at least three of the four races. The last of these races takes place in Kleinmond.
