Make sure you nama-stay to enjoy our yoga classes, all levels are welcome! Lesley will be your instructor, she is a certified BKS Iyengar yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2002. Food for the soul is important but remember to love your physical body too! Dr Chad Gordon has been successfully competing in multi-sport for over 25 years, so he has plenty of personal experience to complement his chiropractic knowledge.
